Dr. Lydia Karp, MD FAAP graduated medical school at the Christian Albrechts Universitaet Kiel in Germany. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is an active fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).  During medical school, she completed her doctoral research on upper respiratory viruses and the development of asthma in children.  Dr. Karp completed her pediatric residency training at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, NJ. Working as a primary care pediatrician has been Dr. Karp's dream since childhood. and she enjoys building strong relationships with her young patients and their families. After residency, Dr. Karp moved back to South Jersey with her husband, a South Jersey native. Dr Karp has two adorable sons (born in 2021 and 2024) and loves spending time with her family. In her free time, she enjoys running or taking long walks on the beach and boardwalk, dinners with friends, yoga, and traveling.

Dr. Felicia Booker is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.  She graduated from Temple University with dual bachelor’s degrees in biology and Spanish.  Continuing her desire to become fluent in Spanish, she received her master’s degree in Bilingual/Bicultural Studies from La Salle University. 

Nicole Conover is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner and lactation consultant. She obtained her master’s degree in nursing from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, in 2016, and is currently working toward a PhD in nursing at the University of Pennsylvania. Nicole has spent her career caring for children as a nurse and nurse practitioner, and she has a special interest in infant care and feeding. In her free time, Nicole enjoys yoga, cooking, and spending time outdoors with her husband and their two boys, ages 6 and 4.
